French Scrambled Eggs
For many years an obscure question plagued me about Princess Diana's last evening dining at The Ritz in Paris. Her last meal was scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs for dinner…when dining at the Paris Ritz! Sounds crazy but it wasn't until years later when I tasted French Scrambled Eggs that I realized that they are a national treasure. Four eggs…and it must be four eggs….are softly scrambled with a touch of butter and cream added at the end. At Suzette's we are presenting our French Scrambled Eggs five different ways:
Simply Scrambled served with toasted French Baguette and Fresh Fruit Salade
Eggs with Fines Herbes served with toasted French Baguette and Fresh Fruit Salade

Baked Spinach Soufflé wrapped in a crepe and topped with Swiss Cheese served with a Fresh Fruit Salad

Seasonal fresh berries wrapped in a crepe and topped with Whipped Cream
Warm Caramel Apple Crepe
Apples sautéed in Butter, placed in a crepe, topped with Salted Caramel Sauce, Toasted Pecans and Whipped Cream
Banana Nutella Crepe
Europe's answer to Peanut Butter! Chocolate Hazelnut spread on a warm crepe with sliced Bananas and, of course, a little whipped cream on the side. Elvis would have loved this one!
Maple Ricotta Crepe
A crepe filled with creamy ricotta cheese slightly sweetened with Maple Syrup. Topped with Powdered Sugar, Maple Syrup Butter and Toasted Pecans
Mini Cheese Plate
Two types of Cheese, one hard and one soft with Pecan Raisin Crisps, Walnuts and your choice of fresh or dried Fruit
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Served with your choices of Butter, Brown Sugar, Walnuts, Pecans, Almonds, Dried Fruit, Fresh Fruit 2% Milk or Half and Half
