French Scrambled Eggs
For many years an obscure question plagued me about Princess Diana’s last evening dining at The Ritz in Paris. The news reported that her last meal was scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs for dinner…when dining at the Paris Ritz! It sounds crazy. It wasn’t until years later, when I tasted French Scrambled Eggs, that I realized that they should be a national treasure. Four eggs—and it must be four eggs—are softly scrambled with a touch of butter and cream added at the end. At Suzette’s we are presenting our French Scrambled Eggs five different ways. Enjoy!
