Piedmonte – Where Italy Meets FranceInstructor: Anton Maletich
So close but yet so far away. Although the Piedmonte Region of Italy hugs the eastern border of France their wines are distinctly their own. Big, juicy, tannic reds and one of Italy's famous sparkling wines, Moscato d'Asti come from Piedmonte. Our class will explore this region of Italian wines, looking at the differences and similarities...neighbor to neighbor. When was the last time you tasted a Barolo or a Barbera? Here's your chance. Croatia – Revisited.Instructor: Anton Maletich
Still under the influence of jet-lag, our Croatian Crusader, Anton, will have just returned from Croatia. His one purpose in mind for this trip is to find out even more about the incredible wines produced in Croatia, The Island Of Korcula and the Dalamatian Coast. We can't say any more than this, but we know it will be a fascinating class about wine peppered with first hand stories of his Croatian adventure. Cost: $85 per person.

Crus Beaujolais, The Serious OnesInstructor: Anton Maletich
November is the month for Beaujolais but it goes so much further than the celebratory wine of the Nouveau. Beaujolais has some seriously good wines that are very food friendly and could become one of your new favorites. This class explores those little known gems that just might be your best wine find of the year. Of course we will taste the Nouveau Beaujolais that will be released that very day, but just for fun of course. Cost: $75 per person.

'Tis the season and no better time than to get your sparkle on! This wonderful class tradition, kicks off the Holiday Season with incredible sparkling wines including vintage champagne. Party appetizers will be matched to the wines. So it's a party... it's a class... it is definitely a must-do on your Holiday list. Cost: $95 per person.

French Macaron ClassInstructor: Head Pastry Chef, Heather Buchan
French Macaron Recipes are usually basic, but it is learning the right technique that makes your venture into making the macarons successful. This hands-on class will give everyone the opportunity to learn and practice these techniques. The class will be taught by our Head Pastry Chef, Heather Buchan. The cost is $30 per adult and $15 per child. Up to 2 children per adult, please. 10:00 am–1:00 pm
