Thursday, June 19
Barolo Wine: The Wine of Kings and the King of Wines!INSTRUCTOR: ANTON MALETIC
This class will feature the wines from Cantina Damilano located in northwest Italy. Damilano is one of the historic Barolo wineries of Italy with the family dating back to before 1890. At this class we will taste a range of wines from Damilano including two whites and four reds, including two Barolos. Come and taste these delicious wines along with a four course meal specific to these wines prepared by Chef Alex.
Cost: $125 per person plus gratuity. If you enjoy your meal service, a tip for the server after the class is always appreciated.

Cooking Class: The Loire Valley Instructors: Chef Chris Thielman & Karen Thielman
Explore the Loire Valley with this delightful menu, which includes Watercress Soup, Filet of Sole with Beurre Blanc Sauce and Macaron de Cormery for dessert. In addition, you'll try two wines from the Loire Valley. 5:30–8:30 PM

Now is Your Chance to Taste French Wines and become an Expert on French Wines! Something new at Suzette's on Sunday June 29 starting at 2 pm!
For 23 years Suzette's has boasted an all French Wine list carefully curated to match the foods on our menu. For many of those years we received the coveted Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine for the depth and breath of our wine cellar. On Sunday, June 29 starting at 2:00 pm we will have tasting stations throughout the restaurant of French wines from all of the various wine regions along with your fill of appetizers and starters that will compliment the wines you are tasting. The cover charge for this event is $75 and you will also have the opportunity to order the wines you are tasting. We hope you will join us at this fun event.

Every year, like clockwork July marks the famous Bicycle Race—the Tour de France. We do it Wine-style, with a tasting of the wines found along its route. Always one of the best classes of the year. Please join us for Wine and Food—Tour de France style.

The Bordeaux Region is rich in heritage, wine and foods. We will be preparing some of the typical foods of the region and tasting some velvety Bordeaux to match. 5:30–8:30 PM
