All classes are 5:30–8:30 pm for cooking classes; 6:00–8:30 for wine classes, unless stated otherwise.

5 wines and 4 courses of wines from Alsace and food complimentary to this hearty and tasty region of France. Cost: $125 per person, plus gratuity. If you enjoy your meal service, a tip for the server after the class is always appreciated.

Food and Wine from the Rhône Region of FranceInstructors: Chris and Karen Thielman
Join Chef Chris Thielman and Sommelier Karen Thielman for an evening celebrating the Rhône. We will be learning how to make Poulet D' Avignon, Potatoes Dauphinoise and Nougat. We will be matching these delicious recipes with 2 wines from the Rhône. If you have been to one of our cooking classes you know how delicious and fun they are. Space is limited so sign-up today.
