Five Star Mobile, Five Diamond Award, Best Chef of the Midwest, Best French Restaurant this side of Paris are just a very few of Roland's many accomplishments. The awards are endless as he continues to bring rave reviews from critics and diners alike. We are so honored to have him prepare our seven-course Bordeaux Dinner.
