Springtime in Provence: Wine Dinner
Lavender, Spring Garlic, Tender Greens, Fresh Herbs, Sunflowers, Artichokes, Deep Mediterranean Blue, Spring Lamb, Baby Leeks, Zucchini Blossoms... Be a part of the dream. Five course wine dinner featuring the wonderful foods and flavors of the South of France will be carefully prepared by our Guest Chef Patrick Chabert.
Chef Patrick was raised in Lyon, the Gastronomical Capitol of the World. He was invited to the United States by Jean Banchet, Chef and Founder of Le Francais. For the following 17 years he was Sous Chef for Jean Banchet and Roland Licconi at Le Francais. Presently he has his own catering business and supplies many of the top restaurants in the Chicago area with specialty food items. We are honored to have him prepare our Provencal Feast. Anton Maletich, Suzette's Beverage Director, will host our event. He has carefully chosen our wine selections from the south of France and has personally visited our featured winery—Chateau Marqui. $80 per person plus tax and gratuity. |

July 16th & 17th: Celebrity Jazz at Suzette’s!
Mark your calendar! Famous Jazz Vibraphonist Warren Chiasson will be performing from 7–10 P.M. Chiasson has been called one of the six top vibraphonists in the last half century. He has performed on over 100 recordings including being featured on a Grammy-award-winning album with B.B. King.
From his hometown in Nova Scotia, to the streets of New York City—as a member of the George Shearing Quintet—Warren Chiasson has delighted international audiences for decades. Drummer Rusty Jones, also a former member of the George Shearing Quintet, and well-known Chicago string bassist Dan Shapera complete the smooth jazz sound, as it was played in intimate spots like the
London House, Mr. Kelly’s, George’s on Kinzie and the Backroom.
